One pattern, several industries.

I build the parts of a business platform that the vendor doesn't ship: the screens people open every day, reporting leadership can trust, history that survives a system migration, automations that fail loudly, and the safety rails that keep all of it working through vendor releases. On these monitors you can click through recreations of that work, staged at a law firm, a nonprofit, an equipment dealer and a food plant.

What I deliver, in six points

Each point links to the same pattern in at least two industries.

  1. 01

Work where the platform is thin

Most user-facing work exists because the product lacked a capability or had a defect.

  2. 02

    Proof, not assertion

Parity tests, tie-outs, and independent second implementations.

    L3Practice FinancialsN1Effort Ledger

  3. 03

Speed for the people using it

Search and boards that answer while you type.

  4. 04

    Safety through releases

    Ledger, scope gate, sweep.

    X1Release Governance

  5. 05

    Access that fails closed

    Personas, walls, server-enforced rules.

  6. 06

AI as the way one person delivers this, with guardrails

Agents do the typing; a person sets direction and approves.
